Technology has Changed the Way We Communicates.

So today I am here with my fourth blog named as “Technology has changes the way we communicates.”

Earlier people have lesser option for exchanging information from one person to another comparative from nowadays with upcoming of new technology people have lots of option to exchange information from one person to another. For example nowadays each and every person has a smartphone we can use whatssap as medium to convey message to another, skype as a medium for video calls by seeing each other you can exchange your thoughts. It states that there are numerous of things that can be done with the new technology.

With this we can look how communication starts in the modern era and explores how technology is useful in conveying message from one person to another:

(1)  We can communicate faster with the new technology: If two people are in the same room there is nothing better than just opening your mouth and talking to each other. But in today’s era people need to communicate with another person at different locations.  Technology allow us to communicate with the people across the world with number of choices. We don’t have to wait for the stamped letter to make it ways number of days to reach the message to another person instead of new technology via internet we can share message through emails or social media applications. As we know the speed of communicating has increased, costs have been drastically reduced.

(2)  We can access to more information: Information that is been provided to us via source internet by just clicking the mouse the information is there available at your screen but it was not that much easy earlier. This means that information is easily available nowadays which was not possible earlier. Now we can easily find the more data about the relevant issue and store that information for future use whenever u need you can take it help from that. As a result intelligent communicators have turned towards the specific technology solutions to tackle and manage the data in systematic order.

(3)  We have more choice of how to communicate with other option: You can now easily collaborate with other in your group by using advanced collaboration tools that makes as it easy to work with people in remote office as when they are right next to you. For example WPS office that allows the team to share the information instantly.

Therefore, it states that by new technology people have numerous of options to communicate the information comparative with the earlier limited communication options.
